  • Please note that these services are not covered by insurance as I operate as a cash-based provider. This approach allows me to dedicate ample individualized time to evaluations and offer tailored guidance that isn't restricted by insurance requirements.

  • Yes, as I exclusively provide occupational therapy services, you must reside in North Carolina. My occupational therapy license is valid only within the state of North Carolina.

  • The sensory evaluation will involve the administration of the Sensory Processing Measure-2 Home or School Version. Additionally, it will encompass a parent consultation and/or child observation. These sessions may be conducted online or partially in-person, depending on location.

  • It begins with completing the initial intake form. Upon receiving your form, I'll reach out via email to schedule either an online consultation or an in-person observation of your child. Concurrently, I'll send the SPM-2 assessment to you or your child's teacher. Once I've gathered sufficient information, I'll proceed to compile the evaluation report. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the report to be completed. You'll then receive an email notification informing you that the report is ready for viewing in the Therabyte portal. Payment is required prior to the consultation and/or observation of your child.

  • The reports are meticulously comprehensive, delving into the underlying reasons behind your child's unique sensory processing behaviors. We don't just highlight the 'what'; we thoroughly explain the 'why'. Moreover, we provide tailored strategies designed specifically for your child's sensory profile, ensuring that the recommendations are finely tuned to meet their individual needs.

  • I can complete evaluations for ages 3-12 years old.
