Looking for in-person emotional regulation support for both you and your child? We got you covered! My friend Erika Hoeckberg (a mental health therapist) and I have joined together to provide local, parent-child emotional regulation workshops! Both the parent and child attend these workshops together, along with other families who are going through the same thing. It’s a great place to learn, connect, and know that you are not alone!
